• No Refunds: Once the premium role has been automatically assigned to your Discord account, we cannot offer a refund.

• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical failure preventing you from using premium features, please contact our support team immediately at contact@ton618bot.xyz.

• Disputes: Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting our support first will result in a permanent ban from our services and the bot.
