• Digital License: You are purchasing a non-transferable digital license to access premium features.

• Service Usage: Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Any misuse of the bot that leads to a ban from our server or Discord does not entitle the user to a refund.

• Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, maintenance or technical issues with Discord/Lavalink nodes may occur.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update bot features to improve the service quality.
